Truck Accidents in Texas

A truck accident can change your life forever. Unfortunately, we see thousands of people injured as a result of truck accidents in Texas each year. After suffering injuries in an accident, you may be able to pursue legal action against the liable party.

In most cases, the truck driver will be at fault for the accident. This is because truck drivers are required to follow certain rules and regulations set forth by the federal government. When the truck driver fails to do so, and a traffic accident takes place, they can be held liable.

However, there are some circumstances in which another party may be at fault for a truck accident. For instance, if the truck was not properly maintained or if it was loaded in an unsafe manner, the company that owned the truck could be held responsible.

If you have been hurt in a truck accident in Texas, it’s important to speak with an experienced Buda truck accident lawyer to determine who is liable for your injuries. An attorney will review the circumstances surrounding your accident, determine who is at fault, and fight to help you get the compensation you deserve.
