Truck Accidents in Texas

If you have been harmed as a result of a truck accident, there is a good chance that you will be left with serious injuries that impact your life forever. Regrettably, tens of thousands of people in our state are left with serious injuries after auto accidents each year. Many of them suffer debilitating injuries and accidents involving commercial vehicles.

If you have been hurt due to an accident involving a semi-truck, you may be able to take legal action against the responsible party. In some cases, the truck driver may be held liable. In other cases, the trucking company may be held liable.

If the truck driver was at fault for the accident, then you would file a personal injury lawsuit against the driver. However, if the trucking company was at fault, then you would file a personal injury lawsuit against the company. In some cases, there are several parties that can share liability for the resulting injuries and damages. In addition to the truck company and the truck driver, you may be able to file a claim against the cargo company, the maintenance company, or a manufacturer.
