Truck Accidents in Texas

Being involved in a crash can have an overwhelming impact on your life. Unfortunately, truck accidents are often more devastating than other types of collisions that take place here in the state of Texas. Truck accidents are often caused by drivers who engage in acts of negligence while behind the wheel. Some leading factors in these devastating collisions include:

  • Speeding: Driving too fast for road conditions is one of the leading causes of rollover truck crashes. This is especially true on wet or icy roads, where traction is reduced.
  • Fatigue: Truckers who are tired or not paying attention are more likely to lose control of their vehicles, leading to a rollover crash.
  • Distractions: Distracted driving is a major problem on our roads today, and it can be especially dangerous for drivers operating big rigs and commercial vehicles.
  • Impaired driving: Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol can be incredibly dangerous for those operating large trucks.
