Fatal Truck Accidents in Texas

Truck tractor-trailer crashes in the state of Texas take the lives of more than 500 people annually. Unfortunately, many of these truck accidents are preventable. We see a significant number of people harmed or killed as a result of accidents caused by driver error. One of the leading types of driver error identified in many accidents is distractions. The majority of drivers who were distracted by cell phones in fatal crashes were younger drivers.

Texting while driving is especially dangerous as it takes all of your attention off the road. Sending a message to a friend, calling somebody, or browsing the Internet can be incredibly dangerous. Even a moment of inattention can lead to a serious collision on our roads.

If your loved one has died as a result of the fatal truck crash, your family may have legal options available to help you move forward. It is crucial that you seek the assistance of a skilled legal team right away.
