Truck Accidents in Texas

Given the size and weight of semi-trucks and other commercial vehicles, it is no surprise that people involved in these accidents are often left with severe injuries that demand medical care. Unfortunately, thousands of truck crashes occur in Texas that leave victims with significant injuries that negatively impact their lives immediately and indefinitely.

When a semi-truck is involved in a crash, there is a high likelihood that it will roll over. This is because of the size and weight of the truck, as well as the fact that most trucks have a high center of gravity. When a truck is hit from the side or from behind, it can easily tip over. If the truck is carrying a heavy load, this makes it even more likely to roll over.

There are several reasons why semi-trucks are more likely to roll over than other types of vehicles. First, they are much larger and heavier than most other vehicles on the road. This makes them more difficult to control, and more likely to tip over if they are hit from the side or from behind. Second, most semi-trucks have a very high center of gravity. This means that they are top-heavy and easier to tip over than other vehicles. Third, many semi-trucks are carrying heavy loads, which makes them even more likely to roll over in a crash.

Rollover accidents involving semi-trucks can be extremely dangerous for anyone involved. If you have been harmed as a result of a truck accident that took place in Texas, you may be able to file a personal injury lawsuit.
