Thomas Reardon Personal Injury Attorney East Texas

About Attorney Thomas Reardon

Thomas Reardon, Jr. joined Goudarzi & Young in 2018.

Thomas W. Reardon, Jr. was born in Marshall, Texas and raised in Pittsburg, Texas. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and received his B.S. degree with honors in 1981. After graduating from college, Tom attended Texas Tech University School of Law and received his J.D. in 1984.

Tom has experience in both trial and appellate work. He served as a briefing attorney for the Eleventh State Court of Appeals in Eastland, Texas, during his first year out of law school, working for the Court during the 1984-85 term.

Tom has successfully argued cases before numerous trial and appellate courts throughout the State of Texas. Over the years, Tom has handled a variety of cases including insurance litigation matters, business litigation matters, contract disputes, probate matters, personal injury claims, deceptive trade practice claims, and general litigation matters.

Tom brings a unique perspective to the practice of personal injury law, having previously represented insurance companies fighting against injured people. Having been on the “other side,” Tom has seen the tricks and tactics used by insurance companies to try and deny people the compensation they are owed. With this knowledge, Tom can help you avoid the games insurance companies like to play.

Tom is licensed to practice law in state courts in the State of Texas, and is also licensed to practice law in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
