Osage County, OK – Bradley Prather Killed in Head-On Truck Crash on County Rd 2130

Osage County, OK (January 15, 2023) – A 48-year-old man has died as a result of a truck crash that occurred in Osage County on Thursday afternoon. On January 12, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to a crash that took place on County Road 2130.

At around 3 p.m., a head-on collision between a tractor-trailer and a 2009 Ford F350 pickup truck took place on County Road 2130 just west of Avant.

The incident prompted authorities to close off the roadway in both directions as they worked to clear the scene.

The driver of the Ford, 48-year-old Bradley Prather, was fatally injured in the crash. He was pronounced deceased at the scene by responding officers due to his injuries.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
