Texas Truck Crashes

Truck accidents in Texas leave thousands of people injured every year. Many of these accidents are a result of negligence. We see countless people suffer debilitating injuries as a result of drivers who are speeding, distracted, impaired, or reckless while operating their vehicles.

Being involved in a truck accident can result in significant injuries that demand extensive medical care. Unfortunately, truck accidents often leave victims permanently disabled due to the injuries that they are forced to endure. If you’ve been injured as a result of a truck accident, you may be able to take legal action against the responsible party.

Truck accident cases are more complex than standard vehicle collision cases from a legal standpoint. This is due to the fact that there can be several parties held liable after a commercial vehicle accident. The insurance policy is often much larger as well.

In order to succeed in filing a personal injury case after a truck accident, it is important to identify who is liable. Our Snyder truck accident lawyers will be able to investigate the accident for you. We will identify all of the factors that led to the accident taking place and who is responsible for them.

If the driver engaged in a negligent action that has caused you harm, we will file a claim against the driver personally. If it is determined that the driver was not skilled to operate the vehicle, we can file a claim against the trucking company for negligent hiring practices. If a manufacturing defect caused a malfunction on the truck that led to the accident, we will take legal action against the manufacturer and other parties that were responsible for providing the truck. After a thorough investigation, we will determine who is liable, and we will fight to protect your legal rights against them.
