Semi-Truck Crashes in Texas

Every year, truck accidents in Texas lead to thousands of people being injured. Unfortunately, many of these accidents involve rollovers. Rollover truck accidents can take place for a variety of reasons. Some of the leading causes include:

  • Unsafe driving speeds: Driving too fast for the conditions is one of the most common factors in rollover accidents. This is especially true on highways and interstates, where trucks are more likely to be involved in high-speed accidents.
  • Distracted driving: Distracted driving is another leading cause of rollover accidents. Truck drivers who are distracted by their cell phones, CB radios, or other electronic devices are more likely to lose control of their vehicles and cause an accident.
  • Fatigue: Fatigue is also a leading cause of rollover accidents. Truck drivers who are tired can fall asleep at the wheel or make wrong decisions that lead to an accident.
  • Weather conditions: Poor weather conditions can also lead to rollover accidents. Slick roads and low visibility make it difficult for truck drivers to stay in control of their vehicles.

A truck accident can have a major impact on your life. People who are involved in these accidents are often left with serious injuries that impact their ability to perform various tasks. Many people struggle to work and have to deal with overwhelming pain and suffering.
