Truck Accidents in Texas

Truck crashes left over 4800 people injured in the state of Texas in 2022. Unfortunately, many of these accidents are caused by drivers who engage in negligent actions. One of the most common types of truck accidents that we see Lim victims injured in our state is the rear-end collision. Rear-end truck accidents are extremely dangerous and are often caused by drivers who follow too closely. If you are following a truck too closely, you may not have time to brake if the truck suddenly stops. This can result in a serious accident.

There are a variety of injuries that can result from serious rear-end truck accidents in our states. Some of the most common include:

  • Headaches: Headaches are another common complaint following a truck accident. They can be caused by a variety of factors, including whiplash, concussions, or even stress.
  • Back pain: Back pain is another frequent complaint after a truck accident. The force of the impact can cause damage to the spinal cord or back, resulting in pain and inflammation.
  • Whiplash: This painful injury can result in a range of motion limitations for victims.
  • Cuts, scrapes, and abrasions: These injuries can be incredibly painful. Unfortunately, they often result in scarring or muscle and nerve damage.
