Commercial Vehicle Accidents in Texas

Each year, bus crashes occur across the United States that result in significant injuries for those involved. Unfortunately, the number of casualties harmed as a result of these accidents is often dramatically increased when compared to other vehicles. This is due to the large capacity that buses have when it comes to transporting people across our roadways.

There is not only a heightened risk that more people will suffer injuries in bus accidents, but there is also an increased chance that victims will suffer severe and life-threatening injuries as a result of these accidents. If you have been hurt as a result of a bus crash, you will most likely face towering financial burdens related to your medical expenses, lost earning capacity, and various other costs and losses. Fortunately, Texas provides you with the ability to file a personal injury case against the responsible party.

In many cases, it will be the bus company that is responsible for the accident. However, there are other potential defendants in some cases, including the driver of the bus, another vehicle involved in the accident, or even the municipality that owns and operates the bus.

If you’re not sure who is at fault for your accident, it’s important to speak with a Carson County personal injury lawyer as soon as possible, who can investigate the circumstances of your case and help you determine who to file a claim against.
