Ellis County, TX – Truck Crash on I-45 near MM 251 Ends in Injuries

Ellis County, TX (January 15, 2023) – A truck accident was reported in Ellis County on Saturday evening that resulted in injuries. On January 14, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a traffic crash on Interstate 45.

Preliminary investigations have determined that at approximately 6:10 p.m., a truck accident took place on the northbound side of Interstate 45. The impact of the crash caused the truck to collide with a guard rail.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and immediately secure the area.

Medics provided treatment to the injured victims on-site before transporting them to local hospitals.
