Austin, TX – Truck vs Jeep Wreck on TX-71 Ends in Injuries

Austin, TX (December 25, 2022) – A truck wreck was reported in West Oak Hill on Sunday morning, leaving at least one person injured. The crash was reported at 4:45 a.m. on December 25.

The Austin Police Department and firefighters responded to the scene of a traffic accident, which occurred on Texas State Highway 71.

Preliminary investigations show that a Jeep and a truck collided in the area of 8220 W. Texas State Highway 71. The driver of the truck attempted to leave the scene.

At least one person suffered injuries due to this crash and had to be transported to a local hospital.
