Commercial Vehicle Accidents in Texas

Each year, thousands of commercial vehicle accidents were reported in the state of Texas. There are many instances where school buses carrying children are involved in these accidents. Bus accidents are likely to result in injuries for many victims at once. This is due to the fact that the vehicles have a very high capacity, placing more lives at risk during accidents. Unfortunately, with school buses, we see many people harmed as a result of vehicles that crash into the rear of them.

There are a number of reasons why vehicles may rear-end school buses. First, school buses often stop frequently to pick up and drop off students. This can cause following vehicles to become bunched up, making it difficult for drivers to react in time if the bus suddenly stops. Additionally, school buses typically have a large stop arm that extends out from the side of the bus when stopped, which can block the view of drivers in adjacent lanes and make it tough to see if the bus is stopped. Finally, many drivers simply aren’t paying attention and fail to notice when a school bus has stopped ahead of them, resulting in a rear-end collision.

If you have been harmed as a result of a rear-end accident, you might have legal options available to help you move forward. A commercial vehicle accident lawyer in Collin County can help you seek financial compensation for your damages.
