A truck accident can change your life forever. Unfortunately, thousands of people are hurt as a result of truck accidents in Texas each year. Many victims are left with severe injuries that require medical care. Common injuries reported in truck accidents include:

Suffering any type of significant injury following a truck accident can have an overwhelming impact on your life. After being hurt in a truck accident, you may have legal options available to help you get justice. In order to prevail, you must be able to prove liability. In most cases, the truck driver will be held liable for the accident. This is because they are responsible for operating the vehicle in a safe and cautious manner.
